Successful candidates will assume total operational ownership of retail station floors, executing rigorous HSE compliance strategies, managing large-scale staff rosters, enforcing hazardous material safety codes, and ensuring absolute alignment with corporate margin and shrinkage controls.Qualifications: A formal Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related commercial discipline is highly preferred. Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 to 7 years of verified frontline management experience inside a high-volume fuel retail, convenience store, or fast-paced logistics environment within the GCC. Deep technical competence in utilizing enterprise retail systems, executing HSE compliance protocols, and analyzing daily volumetric sales dashboards is strictly mandatory. Absolute fluency in written and spoken English is required; conversational proficiency in Arabic is a massive operational advantage for local stakeholder engagement and labor coordination.Physical & Security Criteria: The position demands extreme physical stamina for continuous floor management during 10 to 12-hour shifts and the psychological resilience to handle peak-season traffic surges calmly under intense corporate operational pressure.
