Revenue Accounting Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Review and validate all revenue postings and prepare Daily Income Audit Reports
  • Approve reports within the Daily Income Audit bundle and ensure documentation is uploaded to Docuware
  • Post revenue and process re-allocations based on requests from authorized finance leads
  • Reconcile revenue-related taxes and ensure timely reporting to hotels for government submission
  • Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations for revenue-related accounts
  • Reconcile daily credit card activity and investigate variances
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation

Requirements

  • High school graduate
  • Relevant experience as a General Accountant or Income Auditor
  • Knowledge of Revenue Accounting principles
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Familiarity with finance systems such as Navision or OnQ/OA
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications

  • University degree or accounting qualification
  • Experience in both General Accounting and Revenue Accounting
  • Arabic language skills
