Native Russian-Speaking Academic Tutor for 4-Year-Old – Al Jaddaf, Dubai We are looking for an experienced native Russian-speaking academic tutor / early childhood educator for our 4-year-old boy. This is a face-to-face position only. We are specifically looking for someone with proven experience tutoring young children academically and preparing them for school. 📍 Location: Al Jaddaf, Dubai 🕓 Schedule: • Monday–Thursday: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM • Friday: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM • Some flexibility with the schedule can be discussed. Requirements: • Native Russian speaker only • Must communicate with the child 100% in Russian • Must already be based in Dubai • Must have previous academic tutoring experience with young children • Able to create structured, age-appropriate lessons and track the child’s progress • Background in kindergarten teaching, early childhood education, child development, speech development, psychology, or a related field is strongly preferred • Patient, engaging, creative, and confident working one-to-one with a 4-year-old • Early reading and literacy development • Numbers, counting, and age-appropriate mathematics • Vocabulary and speech development • Reading and storytelling in Russian • Regularly introducing new learning objectives and monitoring progress We are looking for someone who can combine structured academic learning with engaging, age-appropriate activities, helping build a strong educational foundation while developing his Russian language skills.
