Your Role: Provide courteous, professional, and efficient service at all times, adapting to guest needs and ensuring positive interactions. Demonstrate full knowledge and capability in all tasks outlined in the job description, which may be periodically updated to align with guest expectations and operational changes. Adhere to departmental policies, procedures, and service standards, and attend all required trainings and meetings. Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned areas, ensuring a high standard of presentation. Check and restock facility amenities at the beginning, end, and as needed throughout each shift. Perform opening and closing duties according to shift requirements and inspect facility and equipment, reporting any damage immediately to the supervisor. Escort guests to designated areas such as the Fitness Center, Pool, or Changing Rooms. Anticipate guest needs, promptly respond to requests, and provide a positive experience at all times while respecting guest privacy. Foster positive relationships with colleagues, contributing to team spirit and cooperating across departments to provide exceptional guest service. Establish a rapport with guests, ensuring guest recognition and satisfaction. Track guest paperwork accurately and manage client records effectively. Monitor client progress and provide updates, helping clients achieve their fitness goals. Follow safety and hygiene protocols during sessions, ensuring client safety and a clean environment. Engage clients with educational and motivational techniques to support membership retention. Maintain personal training certification through ongoing education and adhere to safety regulations. Provide first aid when necessary and handle any emergency situations with professionalism.
