Sales Analysis and Planning Manager is primarily responsible for updating and analyzing sales and measurable KPI performance reports utilizing business intelligence applications such as TM1, TME, Power BI and S4L, in order to produce strategic sales forecasts by brand and product and identify segment trends and new opportunities. The role supports business decision-making by providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis, while working with large volumes of data, meeting reporting deadlines and collaborating with stakeholders across locations. The position also focuses on improving reporting processes, ensuring compliance with data protocols, supporting system improvements and maintaining data integrity across tools and platforms. What will you do? In this role, you will - Support business decision-making by delivering accurate and timely KPI reporting and insights using available IT solutions, while collaborating with relevant functions across the organization to ensure alignment and usability of reports - Analyze and interpret data from multiple sources to identify patterns, trends and risks, ensuring high data quality and translating findings into meaningful recommendations that support strategic decisions - Provide comprehensive sales planning support by preparing and reviewing forecasting cycles (annual, quarterly and monthly), analyzing performance by brand and product, identifying risks such as write-offs and supporting SKU optimization - Act as a Power User for TME, Power BI and related systems by supporting users, ensuring data integrity, contributing to system testing, sharing best practices and acting as a key contact point for tools and reporting topics - Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance reporting processes, supporting data collection efficiencies and managing additional projects or tasks as requested by the manager Who are we looking for? - University degree - Around 5 years of experience in data analysis, sales and distribution, channel management or related areas, ideally within an international or cross-functional environment - Experience in trade marketing, consumer or trade promotions and exposure to cross-cultural business environments would be an advantage - Fluent English required, with additional languages considered an asset - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, SharePoint and Teams, with the ability to work efficiently with reporting and data visualization systems - Strong analytical mindset with solid understanding of mathematical and statistical methods applied to sales analysis and performance tracking - Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights for stakeholders - Experience in project management and working with cross-functional teams, with the ability to coordinate activities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment Are you ready to join us?
