Responsibilities: - Prepare various PowerPoint presentations and reports in Excel. - Supporting the “Head of Sales CB/PW” and “Head of Solution Sales CB/PW and COM” in daily activities - Supporting the sales team in organizing Events, Meetings, Presentations, Business Trips and Customer Visits - Support Head of Sales with travel and visa arrangements and follow up with the respective Departments in accordance with GDFZE Travel Policy. - Follow up with bookings and arrangements - Support the coordination of internal GDFZE / GDMEA / GDM workshops and visits and ensure that: - Any local arrangements are ready - Needs of visitors are taken care of (with no direct responsibility, but rather support as needed) - Others: - Support the Head of Business Management and Financial Controlling Manager for HUB MEA monthly reporting consolidation and preparation in coordination with the MEA leadership team, MEA finance controllers and reporting, and MEA Regional CFO, as required. - Support the Head of Business Management to monitor and audit the Salesforce revenue and sales pipeline to achieve high data accuracy and optimal quality of MEA opportunities and leads, as required. - Support the Head of Business Management to ensure feasibility and delivery of all major revenue drivers of the organization, particularly with Central Bank Projects, through meticulous planning, offering solutions, and raising red flags to the Head of Business Management, as required.
