Inquiry & Sales Support</strong> <ul> <li>Respond to client queries via Phone, WhatsApp, Email, and Web Chat.</li> <li>Prepare and issue quotations and Proforma Invoices (PI).</li> <li>Update CRM records, lead statuses, and activity logs.</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>2. Order Processing & Documentation</strong> <ul> <li>Create sales orders, tax invoices, and delivery orders in the system.</li> <li>Draft Packing Lists (PL) and Certificates of Origin (COO).</li> <li>Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatch.</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>3.
