Sales Enablement Program Manager

Responsibilities

  • Manage cross-functional projects spanning sales operations, marketing, sales training, solution architecture, and proposal efforts
  • Build and maintain project plans, timelines, task trackers, and decision logs
  • Coordinate priorities, deadlines, and handoffs across internal teams
  • Support sales operations by improving processes, documentation, and execution workflows
  • Partner with solution architects to track customer requirements and demo preparation
  • Support contracts and proposals by coordinating inputs, reviews, and submission readiness
  • Help marketing and go-to-market teams organize campaigns and content workflows
  • Identify process gaps and create systems to improve visibility and accountability
  • Run effective meetings, capture decisions, and follow up on action items

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in program management, project management, or operations
  • Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to bring structure to ambiguous or fast-moving situations
  • Comfort working with technical, customer-facing, and business stakeholders
  • Experience supporting proposal, contract, sales, or marketing workflows
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Jira, Asana, or Monday.com

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in defense, government technology, aerospace, or enterprise software
  • Familiarity with RFPs, contracting workflows, or government procurement
  • Experience supporting solution architecture or technical sales
  • Experience in an early-stage or high-growth startup environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and revenue operations
  • Basic understanding of software, AI/ML, or data platforms
