This position plays a key role partnering with Sales teams and collaborating with different functions across the region. Besides strong finance fundamentals, this role requires commercial acumen, agility and resilience as you will be working in a very dynamic environment with significant growth opportunities in a diverse set of markets. The role offers an opportunity to get involved in commercial debates and requires developing a robust understanding of our markets, business / route-to-market structures, partners, consumer segments, sales actions and initiatives. Key Qualifications The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, highly organised, and have very strong Excel and financial modelling skills. Experience of business partnering at all levels especially around influencing business decisions, delivering financial results, through financial analysis Excellent analytical, written, verbal communication as well as presentation skills. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams who have conflicting priorities 3 - 5 years relevant work experience in technology or consumer industry is a plus Description Business partnering with Regional/Country Sales teams to set business priorities in a high growth environment, and facilitating the Finance perspective the the debates In order to drive growth, working with Sales teams to develop initiatives/demand generation activities, preparing business cases and post-mortems Preparation of 3-year strategic plans in co-operation with Sales teams Analysing Terms & Conditions, food chains, price walks for various the Countries and businesses supported Supporting the process to develop quarterly plans to spend Business Development Funds in the most effective way and ensuring execution of plans through checking and ensuring sufficient proof of action Supporting and ensuring proof of action on all discretionary spend Education & Experience Degree and/or MBA required.
