Responsibilities

  • Map the complete day-in-the-life workflow for every GTM role including AE, BDR, CSM, SE, and managers
  • Design task, queue, and report experiences to ensure consistent workflows across pods
  • Build manager inspection layers to track adoption on a defined cadence
  • Run end-to-end new-hire onboarding cohorts from systems training to ramp milestones
  • Drive change adoption for pricing, packaging, process, or tooling shifts
  • Re-architect broken workflows and provide precise specifications for GTM Systems teams
  • Manage user support and case queues to identify where reps encounter friction

Requirements

  • Experience as a stakeholder or program owner during a CRM or systems implementation at a B2B SaaS company
  • Ability to design and specify workflow fixes rather than just documenting existing processes
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce and adjacent GTM systems to brief technical teams
  • Experience running end-to-end onboarding or training cohorts with cross-functional contributors
  • Comfort leading training sessions and office hours for large groups of field reps
  • Daily proficiency with AI-native tools and a commitment to product dogfooding

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience owning enablement programs across both Sales and Customer Success
  • Familiarity with Salesforce administration, sales engagement platforms, or LMS/enablement tooling
  • Background in B2B SaaS with PLG or hybrid GTM motions
