Salary:

AED 2400 (31 days)

AED 3485 (45 days)

Working Hours: 9-hour shifts (including 1-hour break), with 1 days off

Job Summary

We are hiring friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Sales Staff for 45 days. This is a temporary role ideal for individuals who enjoy working with families and children in a fast-paced retail setting. You will be based either at our Al Quoz warehouse store or at pop-up school shops across Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers warmly and assist with product selection
  • Guide parents and children in choosing the right uniform sizes
  • Ensure accurate information is given regarding stock availability
  • Coordinate restocking from the warehouse when required
  • Maintain a log of missing items and customer feedback daily
  • Operate POS systems and manage transactions accurately
  • Assist with online order pickups and customer service queries
  • Tag, fold, and display uniforms neatly
  • Keep the retail area clean and well-organized
  • Work collaboratively with team members and report any issues to the supervisor
Requirements
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Presentable, friendly, and good with children and families
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • Basic POS knowledge is a plus
  • Willing to work at multiple locations across Dubai
  • Reliable, punctual, and a team player
