strong About the Role strong We are seeking an experienced strong SAP Data Migration Lead strong on an 18 to 24-month contractual basis to drive the end-to-end data workstream for our ongoing group-wide digital core transformation In this role you will take full ownership of the data migration lifecycletransitioning legacy strong Oracle EBS R12 strong schemas across multiple entities into strong SAP S 4HANA strong You will bridge technical database extraction and functional data mapping across Finance Supply Chain and HR domains strong Key Responsibilities strong strong Strategy amp Governance strong Define end-to-end data migration strategies profiling frameworks cleansing rules field mapping and validation protocols across multiple business entities strong Extraction amp Database Profiling strong Work directly with internal Oracle DBAs and developers to extract profile and clean legacy Oracle EBS data strong Load Execution amp Automation strong Execute mock data conversion cycles and final cutover loads using strong SAP Migration Cockpit LTMC LTMOM strong strong SAP BODS strong or strong Advanced Data Migration ADM strong strong Reconciliation amp Quality strong Establish automated reconciliation reports to verify completeness accuracy and integrity of financial SCM and HR data sets strong Vendor amp SI Coordination strong Collaborate with the System Integrators data team to validate target schemas manage defects and drive formal cutover sign-offs strong Required Qualifications amp Technical Skills strong strong Experience strong Minimum strong 8 years strong of core hands-on experience in Data Migration with a proven track record of migrating from strong Oracle EBS R12 to SAP S 4HANA strong strong Certification Requirement strong strong SAP Professional Certification is a MUST strong em Certifications in SAP S 4HANA SAP MDG or Data Management preferred em strong Technical Depth strong Advanced SQL skills deep understanding of Oracle EBS underlying database tables modules FIN SCM HCM and expert knowledge of SAP S 4HANA target data structures strong Migration Tooling strong Demonstrated proficiency in strong SAP Migration Cockpit LTMC LTMOM strong strong SAP BODS strong or equivalent ETL data transformation tools strong Soft Skills strong Methodical highly analytical with strong communication capabilities to drive data ownership and sign-offs across cross-functional business leads strong Education amp Candidate Profile strong strong Education strong Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field strong Notice Period strong Immediate to 30 Days preferred strong Geographic Preference strong Candidates currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Dubai on short notice
