SAP Project Manager

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 4–5 years of project handling/project management experience , with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
- Proven experience implementing SAP S/4HANA in a retail environment , ideally within the UAE or GCC region .
- Prior experience with multi-country/multi-branch rollouts (retail chains, F&B, or similar high-SKU, multi-location businesses strongly preferred).
- Experience managing ERP migrations from legacy systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX/365, Oracle, or similar) to SAP S/4HANA .
- Strong working knowledge of core retail-relevant SAP modules: SD/POS’S integration (e.g., SAP POS Data Management or third-party POS integration), MM (Purchasing), WMS/EWM, and FI/CO .
- Experience managing System Integrator (SI)/vendor relationships and contracts for large ERP programs.
- Solid understanding of data migration methodology and tools (Migration Cockpit, BODS, or similar) — hands-on SI experience not required, but strong enough to manage and challenge the SI team.
- Experience with change management and training rollout for retail store networks.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills — comfortable presenting to MD/C-level executives.
