We're Hiring: Scaffolding Supervisor

Location: UAE

We are looking for an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor to oversee scaffolding operations on construction projects across the UAE.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of scaffolding experience in the UAE/GCC
  • Supervisory experience in construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of scaffold erection, modification, and dismantling
  • Familiarity with HSE regulations and working-at-height procedures
  • Ability to read scaffold drawings and method statements
  • Must hold a valid Scaffolding Supervisor Certificate (CISRS, CITB, or another recognized equivalent certification)
  • Candidates must currently be available inside the UAE
  • Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise scaffolding activities on-site
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and project requirements
  • Conduct scaffold inspections and maintain records
  • Coordinate with engineers, site teams, and HSE personnel
  • Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings
