Scale Your Real Estate Advisory Firm in Dubai — Backed by James Caan CBE's Family Office

You've already built a real estate business.

You've won the mandates, built your client book, and proven your model works.

But there's a ceiling to what you can build alone, and breaking through it takes capital, brand, and operational backing that most founders never get access to.

That's where we come in.

Partner with a family office that has launched 50+ businesses, delivered nearly two dozen exits, and helped founders professionalise their organisations, creating wealth for themselves and their stakeholders in the process.

The Opportunity

Hamilton Bradshaw, the private family office of investor and Dragons' Den star James Caan CBE, is partnering with real estate founders to scale their business in the UAE.

This is an opportunity for founders that are looking for a value-adding partner to invest into their business. It is not an employment opportunity.

We bring the investment, infrastructure, and three decades of experience scaling specialists into market leaders, building institutional-grade businesses together.

Our partnership will see us grow your business serving real estate industry stakeholders into a practice with long-term intrinsic value at its core.

We've been doing exactly this with founders like you for 30 years.

Why Partner With Us

Proven backer — partner with an investor who has launched dozens of service-led firms and exited 20+ globally.

Real capital and infrastructure — investment, brand, back-office, and introductions that let you scale faster than you could fund or build alone.

Deep operating expertise — 130+ years of combined experience building high-growth, people-led professional services businesses.

The right market — grow your firm in one of the world's most active real estate markets, at the right time.

A path to exit — partner with a team that knows how to take a firm from founder-led to acquirable, and has done it more than 20 times.

Who We're Looking For

  • Dubai-based founders (applications from outside the UAE will not be considered)
  • An established real estate advisory firm, boutique, or proven track record as a founder — with real mandates and revenue to point to
  • 10+ years in real estate professional services across one or more of:
  • Advisory
  • Investment
  • Development
  • Asset management
  • Real estate finance
  • Capital markets
  • Structuring
  • Strategic consulting in the built environment
  • Brokerage
  • A proven ability to originate mandates and advise senior stakeholders — developers, investors, institutions, lenders, landlords, and family offices
  • A strong network across the UAE or wider GCC real estate ecosystem
  • A clear, commercial vision for taking your firm to the next stage — and the leadership to build a high-performing team around it
  • Genuinely entrepreneurial — you've built something, and you're ready to scale it beyond what you can achieve on your own

How to Apply

Submit a short pitch covering:

  • Your firm today — background, core service capability, and traction to date
  • Target clients, sectors, and geographic focus
  • Your service model and commercial approach
  • A 12–36 month growth roadmap and the support you'd want from HB MENA

Please note: this is a services-led partnership.

We are not investing in PropTech or product-led businesses; our focus is professional services firms where revenue is driven by human capital.

If you're ready to scale a market-leading real estate advisory firm in the GCC, we'd like to hear from you. Strong applicants will be invited to an initial conversation with the Hamilton Bradshaw team.
