Key Responsibilities * Plan co-curricular and extracurricular activities for students across different grade levels. * Develop and maintain an annual calendar covering national occasions, cultural celebrations, sports days, academic competitions, clubs, and community programs. * Coordinate with teachers, department heads, student groups, external partners, and vendors. * Prepare schedules, task assignments, venue arrangements, equipment requirements, and event-day operating plans. * Oversee setup, student movement, activity delivery, and closing arrangements to ensure smooth execution. * Organize field trips and confirm that transport, permissions, supervision, communication, and supporting logistics are completed. The coordinator will actively promote clubs, competitions, volunteering, and school initiatives to increase student participation and create opportunities suited to varied interests. * Ensure every activity follows school policies, health and safety requirements, and applicable Ministry of Education guidelines. * Maintain participation records, event reports, photographs, feedback, approvals, and other relevant documentation. * Communicate upcoming programs, permission requirements, schedules, and participation details to parents. * Provide event updates and suitable content for newsletters, websites, and school social media channels. * Support marketing and public relations teams with accurate information and visual materials. * Prepare activity budgets, track expenditure, coordinate procurement, and use resources responsibly. * Explore suitable sponsorships or partnerships where they can strengthen school programs. * Review completed events and use feedback to improve future planning. * Work flexible hours when major activities or events require support outside the normal school schedule. Ideal Profile Applicants should hold a Bachelor 's degree in Education, Event Management, Public Relations, or a related field. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in activity coordination, events, or student programs within a school or educational setting is required.
