<strong>Job Purpose<br><br></strong>Join our <strong>Group Security team</strong>, where you will contribute to maintaining the highest standards of security across the Emirates Group. With opportunities across various specialized units, you will gain exposure and contribute to cutting-edge security practices.<br><br>As a <strong>Security Coordinator</strong> in the <strong>Group Security team</strong>, you will provide support for operational security matters to ensure compliance with security policies, the Airline Security Program (ASP), and the Security Management System (SEMS).<br><br>You will Collate record, analyse and assist in investigating, alerting and reporting all irregularities that may result in the non-conformity of the organizations Security Policy.<br><br><strong>In This Role You Will<br><br></strong><ul><li>Access information on inadmissible passengers and decide necessary action, keeping relevant departments informed which include coordination of flights, accommodation, deportation reports, liaising with the relevant authorities etc.</li><li>Perform travel documents check on assigned flights and conduct behavioural analysis of all passengers to prevent acts of illegal immigration and unlawful interference.</li><li>Liaise with the relevant Authorities (e.g. immigration, embassies and the police) throughout the network to prevent the carriage of inadmissible passengers.</li><li>Support in the training of staff of Emirates and Ground Handling Agents to increase awareness of detecting and intercepting illegal immigration.</li><li>Maintain documents, manuals and records for auditing purposes, ensuring they are kept up to date.</li><li>Contribute in the review of standard operating procedures, contracts and other relevant documents that have an impact on operations.<br><br></li></ul>Qualification<br><br><strong>To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:<br><br></strong><ul><li>Have completed 12 years of schooling or equivalent qualification.</li><li>Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in security or a related field.</li><li>Be able to communicate effectively and build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. </li><li>Be willing to work on a shift roster, including day and night shifts, in line with operational requirements.<br><br></li></ul>At Emirates Group, we’re committed to providing our employees with opportunities to grow and develop their careers.
