KBR is looking for Senior Construction Supervisor – Mechanical Rotating with Onshore Site project experience in MEGA EPC projects to be based in Abu Dhabi Site for PMC project. Job Purpose The Senior Construction Supervisor – Mechanical Rotating is responsible for supervising and coordinating all piping construction activities for oil and gas projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and quality execution in accordance with project specifications, engineering drawings, approved procedures, and project schedules. The role oversees contractors, subcontractors, and piping crews involved in fabrication, erection, installation, testing, and pre-commissioning activities. Key Responsibilities Construction Supervision - Supervise all Mechanical Rotating installation and erection activities for onshore and offshore oil & gas facilities. - Ensure piping works are executed in compliance with approved IFC drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements. - Coordinate piping construction activities with Civil, Mechanical, Structural, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Commissioning teams. - Monitor daily construction activities to ensure planned targets are achieved. - Verify correct installation of pipe supports, spool assemblies, valves, fittings, and specialty items. Execution & Coordination - Manage and supervise contractor and subcontractor piping teams. - Ensure availability of manpower, tools, equipment, and materials required for construction activities. - Review work packs, construction schedules, and fabrication priorities. - Resolve site-related construction issues and coordinate engineering clarifications. - Interface with vendors and technical specialists regarding piping systems and equipment connections. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. Experience - Minimum 10–15 years of piping construction experience in Oil & Gas projects. - At least 5 years in a senior supervisory role. - Proven experience in: - Refineries Petrochemical Plants LNG Facilities Gas Processing Plants Pipeline Projects Offshore Platforms EPC Projects Experience with international operators such as ADNOC, Saudi Aramco, QatarEnergy, PDO, Shell, BP, ExxonMobil, TotalEnergies, or similar is highly preferred. Technical Skills - Strong knowledge of: - ASME B31.3 Process Piping ASME B31.4 / B31.8 Pipelines API Standards ASTM Standards ISO Standards Welding Codes and NDT Requirements Ability to read and interpret: P&IDs Isometric Drawings General Arrangement Drawings Plot Plans Stress Analysis Reports Knowledge of hydrotesting, pneumatic testing, flushing, and commissioning requirements. Familiarity with construction management software and MS Office applications.
