Senior Copywriter & LinkedIn Personal Brand Strategist —

We're a profitable, fast-scaling ecommerce business doing approximately USD $5M per month in revenue, and we're hiring an exceptional copywriter to shape how our founder, company and products are presented to the world.
A major part of your role will be building the founder's personal brand on LinkedIn. You'll turn the daily journey of scaling an international ecommerce business into compelling content that builds authority, attracts talented people and makes ambitious professionals want to follow our company's journey.
However, this is not only a LinkedIn role.
You'll also write high-impact commercial copy across our business, including landing pages, product pages, recruitment campaigns, job descriptions and our future careers website.
This is not an entry-level position, and full training will not be provided. You must already have proven experience growing either your own LinkedIn profile or the personal brand of a founder, entrepreneur or executive.
The role
LinkedIn and personal branding

Interview the founder and extract valuable stories, lessons, opinions and business insights
Turn conversations, voice notes and rough ideas into engaging LinkedIn posts
Develop and manage the founder's LinkedIn content strategy and calendar
Write strong hooks, stories and educational content without sounding generic or artificial
Identify interesting behind-the-scenes moments from daily business life
Help capture suitable photos and visual content
Analyze performance and continuously improve topics, formats and writing styles
Build an audience of ecommerce professionals, operators, entrepreneurs and high-performing talent
Strengthen our employer brand and make exceptional people interested in working with us

You will not simply receive finished ideas to rewrite. You must be able to recognize strong content opportunities, ask intelligent questions and proactively extract the best ideas.
Commercial copywriting

Write and improve landing pages and product pages
Develop headlines, offers, hooks and product positioning
Help build and write our careers website
Write recruiting pages, job descriptions and candidate-facing campaigns
Support ad copy, advertorials, email copy and other high-impact projects
Use customer research, reviews and performance data to improve messaging and conversions

Who we're looking for
Proven LinkedIn experience
You have successfully grown your own LinkedIn profile or managed the personal brand of someone else.
You must be able to show:

Profiles you have worked on
Posts you personally wrote
Audience and follower growth
Engagement or performance results
Your specific contribution to the strategy and execution

Exceptional English copywriting
Your written English must be immaculate. You can write naturally, clearly and persuasively without clichés, filler or generic corporate language.
You can adapt your style depending on the objective: authentic and personal for LinkedIn, persuasive for a product page and ambitious but credible for recruiting.
Strong commercial understanding
You understand that a good copy must do more than sound nice. It should create interest, communicate value, overcome objections and move people to buy, apply or take action.
Strong interviewing and storytelling skills
You can take rough thoughts or ordinary daily events and turn them into compelling stories with a strong hook, clear structure and valuable takeaway.
Ownership and judgment
You proactively identify ideas and weak messaging instead of waiting for instructions. You also know how to communicate impressive business results without making the founder or company appear arrogant or overly promotional.
What we provide

Direct access to the founder of a fast-growing ecommerce company
A constant stream of real business stories, lessons and behind-the-scenes material
Significant ownership over the founder's personal brand and company messaging
The opportunity to work across LinkedIn, ecommerce, conversion copywriting and employer branding
A high-performance environment where strong work is recognized

Logistics and compensation
This is a full-time, in-office position in Downtown Dubai.
We will sponsor your UAE visa.
Compensation will depend on your experience, portfolio and proven results.
