Position Overview The Senior Director, Global Business Development Partner – Singapore Market Expansion | Reporting to Singapore HQ is responsible for driving the growth of the organization's international business membership network by acquiring overseas companies seeking to establish, expand, or strengthen their presence in Singapore and across global markets. The Senior Director will position Singapore as the preferred gateway to Asia by providing end-to-end business expansion solutions. This includes delivering decisive support in critical areas such as company incorporation, work pass applications, talent acquisition, sales strategy, business development, strategic networking, and market expansion, ensuring international businesses are fully equipped to establish, operate, and thrive in Singapore while accessing regional and global opportunities. Key Responsibilities 1. Global Business Membership Acquisition • Develop and execute strategies to recruit international corporate members. • Identify and engage SMEs, startups, family offices, investors, corporations, and entrepreneurs seeking expansion into Singapore and ASEAN. • Build a robust sales pipeline through referrals, strategic partnerships, trade missions, embassies, chambers of commerce, and business associations. • Present the organization's membership programs and business expansion services to prospective members. • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual membership and revenue targets. 2. International Business Expansion & Advisory Serve as the primary business advisor for international members by providing strategic guidance and coordinating solutions that support successful market entry and sustainable growth in Singapore.
