The Senior Executive Content Review leads the advanced classification and regulatory assessment of complex, sensitive, and escalated audiovisual content across TV, OTT, film, gaming, publishing, and digital platforms. The role combines technical expertise with quality assurance responsibilities, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and defensibility of classification decisions. The role holder supports the Head of Content Review in refining methodologies, resolving borderline cases, mentoring Executive-level reviewers, and coordinating with Legal Oversight, Compliance, and Policy teams on cross-cutting issues.

- Translate the Content Review strategy into day-to-day execution for complex and escalated cases.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to Executive Content Review colleagues to ensure consistent application of standards.
- Prepare metrics, insights, and trend analyses for monthly KPI reporting, highlighting recurring issues and improvement opportunities.
- Support the Head of Content Review in identifying gaps in workflows, tools, and classification criteria.
- Conduct advanced review of complex, sensitive, or precedent-setting audiovisual content using federal and local classification guidelines.
- Make first-level determinations on escalated cases involving hate speech, obscenity, religious sensitivity, misinformation, or cultural sensitivity.
- Provide reasoned recommendations for the Head of Content Review for cases requiring higher-level approval.
- Maintain a precedent library to ensure consistency across the team and support future decision-making.
- Document classification decisions with detailed justification to ensure audit readiness.
- Apply advanced detection tools, metadata analysis, and provenance checks to identify synthetic, manipulated, or AI-generated content.
- Determine whether synthetic content meets classification, cultural, and safety standards, documenting rationale for future precedent-setting.
- Identify gaps in existing frameworks and recommend refinements to the Head of Content Review.
- Coordinate with Legal Oversight and Policy teams on cases requiring legal interpretation or regulatory clarification.
- Lead internal QA checks on classification decisions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Oversee the integrity of the content review system, ensuring correct tagging, metadata accuracy, and audit-ready documentation.
- Conduct classification audits, prepare findings, and recommend corrective actions.
- Refine cultural sensitivity filters and tagging standards to support consistent classification outcomes.
- Triage incoming review requests and allocate cases based on complexity, ensuring balanced distribution of balanced workload.
- Lead coordination during high-volume periods, guiding Executive colleagues on prioritization.
- Analyze classification trends by platform, genre, and content type (e.g., OTT, gaming, influencer content).
- Recommend improvements to SOPs, checklists, and system prompts to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Deliver internal training sessions on classification standards, emerging risks, and AI ethics.
- Mentor Executive-level reviewers on complex case handling and documentation quality.
- Identify gaps in classification criteria and propose updates supported by precedent cases.
- Maintain expert awareness of regional cultural values, regulatory shifts, and international classification standards.
- Coordinate with Archives on long-term content storage protocols and metadata tagging.

Experience Required
Functional Experience
- 2+ years in editorial review, content classification, regulatory compliance, or media content production
- Demonstrated experience handling complex or escalated classification cases
- Exposure to film, gaming, OTT, or digital ecosystems required
- Experience reviewing AI-generated or synthetic media is an advantage
