The role requires strong finance domain knowledge, practical D365 F&O configuration experience, and the ability to convert business requirements into accurate solution designs. By working with finance teams, implementation partners, technical specialists, and support teams, this position helps improve financial processes, automation, compliance readiness, and system adoption across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash and Bank Management, and Budgeting.Design and configure finance solutions that support multi-entity, multi-currency, global operations, and high-volume transaction processing.Conduct finance process workshops with business stakeholders to understand requirements, validate workflows, and identify improvement opportunities.Prepare Functional Design Documents and Solution Design Documents that clearly define business needs, configuration logic, integrations, and expected outcomes.Document business workflows, standard operating procedures, and finance process controls based on best-practice implementation standards.Work closely with the D365 implementation partner to support configuration, rollout planning, system readiness, and integration with business systems.Collaborate with technical teams to define and validate customizations, integrations, reports, and data migration requirements.Provide functional sign-off for finance-related configurations, data migration activities, integration behavior, and user acceptance outcomes.Identify process optimization and automation opportunities using standard D365 F&O features and Power Platform tools such as Power Automate and Power BI.Act as the main escalation point for critical finance functional issues, coordinating resolution with implementation partners and Microsoft support where required.Plan and manage UAT cycles by developing test scripts, coordinating user testing sessions, tracking defects, and documenting final sign-off.Create accurate end-user training materials and deliver practical training sessions tailored to finance team requirements.Provide go-live and hypercare support, helping resolve post-launch issues and ensuring smooth system structured knowledge transfer to internal teams so finance users can operate, maintain, and improve D365 F&O processes confidently.Work in Agile or Scrum delivery environments while producing clear documentation within tight timelines.Ideal ProfileBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation, functional consulting, finance module delivery, training, or technical support.Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations in medium to large enterprise environments.Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate MB-310 is required.Deep functional expertise in finance processes including GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, cash and bank management, budgeting, reporting, and financial controls.Experience supporting Finance and Operations or Supply Chain related implementation work is valuable.Strong understanding of multi‑entity, multi‑currency, high‑volume transaction, and enterprise finance environments.Experience with data migration tools such as Data Management, Excel, Azure Data Factory, and related validation techniques.Good understanding of integration patterns using Azure Service Bus, Power Automate, REST APIs, and connected business systems.Able to explain technical and functional concepts clearly to non-technical finance stakeholders.Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.Experience working in Agile or Scrum delivery environments.Ability to produce high-quality functional documentation, test scripts, process notes, and training materials under tight timelines.PMP certification, D365 Supply Chain exposure, Power BI financial dashboard experience, or GCC regional compliance knowledge will be an advantage.Skills SetMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Finance & OperationsD365 F&O implementationEnterprise Software Implementat
