The Mission

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer (React.js) on behalf of one of our high-growth client teams to lead the architecture, optimization, and scaling of their user-facing web applications. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming complex product designs into highly interactive, modular, and pixel-perfect digital experiences. You are a perfect candidate if you are growth-oriented, you love what you do, and you enjoy working on new ideas to develop exciting products.

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of professional engineering experience, with 3+ years focused deeply on building scale-ready applications with React.js and TypeScript.

  • Expert-level understanding of state management ecosystems, knowing exactly when to utilize global tools (Redux Toolkit, Zustand) versus server-cache managers (React Query/ZandStack Query) and native Context.

  • Deep familiarity with modern React frameworks, specifically Next.js, including a strong functional understanding of Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), and React Server Components (RSC).

  • Proven track record of identifying and fixing web performance bottlenecks—handling layout shifts (CLS), minimizing bundle sizes via code-splitting, optimizing re-renders, and mastering Core Web Vitals.

  • A strong commitment to automated testing, utilizing tools like Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress/Playwright to maintain high regression confidence.

  • Exceptional eye for UI polish and layout implementation, with a solid commitment to semantic HTML and web accessibility standards (WCAG/ARIA).

Nice-to-Have & Plus Skills

  • Experience with monorepo setups (Turborepo, Nx) or distributed micro-frontend architectures.

  • Exposure to modern CSS paradigms (Tailwind CSS, CSS Modules) and managing enterprise-grade design systems.

  • Background in backend integration, web sockets, or serverless functions (Node.js).

  • Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines (CI/CD) for single-page applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable, reusable, and secure component architectures and custom React hooks that accelerate overall development speed.

  • Audit and refactor legacy code blocks to optimize Core Web Vitals, payload sizes, and client-side rendering pipelines.

  • Interface directly with Backend and Product teams to define clean REST or GraphQL API schemas, ensuring efficient data orchestration.

  • Lead by example through rigorous code reviews, driving typing standards, linting rules, and design pattern uniformity across the team.

  • Act as an internal sounding board for modern frontend tooling, assisting junior and mid-level developers in refining their React and engineering skills.
