Key Responsibilities

  • Automation Solution Development.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise-grade automation solutions using Automation Anywhere A360.

Develop unattended, attended, and semi-attended bots for business-critical processes.

Build robust browser-based automation solutions using Playwright.

Develop reusable automation frameworks, libraries, accelerators, and components.

Design automation workflows that interact with desktop applications, web applications, APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.

Perform detailed process analysis and translate business requirements into automation solutions.

Solution

Architecture & Engineering.

Participate in automation solution architecture and technical design reviews.

Ensure automation solutions are scalable, resilient, secure, and maintainable.

Develop reusable standards, coding guidelines, and automation best practices.

Create technical documentation, deployment guides, support guides, and operational runbooks.

Collaborate with developers, business analysts, infrastructure teams, cybersecurity teams, and business stakeholders.

Operational

Excellence.

Perform root cause analysis and issue resolution for automation solutions.

Optimize automation performance and reliability.

Support production deployments and hypercare activities.

Monitor automation health and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.

Maintain high levels of service availability and operational stability. Governance & Compliance.

Ensure solutions comply with enterprise architecture standards, security controls, and banking governance requirements.

Adhere to SDLC, release management, and change management processes.

Maintain development artefacts and audit documentation.

Participate in security reviews, code reviews, and compliance assessments.

Required Qualifications: -

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Minimum 5-8 years of experience in software development and automation technologies.

Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere A360.

Proven experience delivering enterprise-grade automation solutions.

Experience working in large enterprise environments with multiple business stakeholders.

  • Experience establishing or working within an Intelligent Automation Centre of Excellence (CoE).
  • Experience with OCR technologies and document processing solutions.
  • Understanding of enterprise integration patterns and workflow platforms.
