It requires the ability to absorb large volumes of information from multiple functions, synthesize diverse perspectives into clear executive narratives, and ensure that all outputs accurately reflect Group priorities. Whether preparing Board materials, drafting CEO and Chairman letters, or shaping the content agenda for leadership events, the individual ensures that information is well-structured, aligned, and ready for executive audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the development of CEO and Board presentation materials by gathering inputs from HQ functions and OpCos, reviewing content for accuracy, consistency and strategic alignment, consolidating key messages, and assembling executive-ready presentation decks. The role does not independently create Board content, but serves as the central integrator responsible for the quality and coherence of the final output.
  • Partner closely with the Performance Analytics team to combine quantitative performance data with qualitative business updates, creating clear and compelling narratives that reflect Group priorities and strategic progress.
  • Draft CEO and Chairman letters, ensuring messaging is concise, consistent, and aligned with the Group's strategic direction.
  • Coordinate Leadership Team meetings, including virtual meetings every three weeks and quarterly in-person sessions, by developing agendas, coordinating content, tracking decisions and follow-up actions, and ensuring alignment across HQ and OpCos.
  • Work alongside the Performance Analytics and Communications teams to shape the strategic content and execution of Ignite, the Group's annual Top 200 leadership event, ensuring alignment around business priorities while supporting engagement, collaboration, and recognition.
  • Support the CEO Office in preparing for OpCo Board and Committee meetings by coordinating materials, managing inputs, and assisting the CEO in his role as Chair of the OpCo Boards.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives and ad hoc projects that strengthen alignment, governance, and collaboration across the Group.

Critical Skills & Experience:

  • Outstanding ability to absorb large volumes of information, identify what matters, and rapidly synthesize complex qualitative and quantitative inputs into concise, executive-level deliverables.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with experience preparing high-quality materials for CEOs, Chairmen, Boards, or Executive Leadership Teams.

  • Comfortable working with senior executives and exercising sound judgment regarding when to take initiative and when to escalate decisions.
  • Experience supporting executive meetings, workshops, Board meetings, or leadership events from both a content coordination and execution perspective.
  • Native or near-native proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Willingness to relocate to Dubai is preferred.
    • Ability to travel internationally approximately five to six times per year.

Education & Experience:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
    • Approximately 5–7 years of relevant professional experience in a CEO Office, Chief of Staff Office, Strategy, Executive Office, PMO, Management Consulting, or similar environment supporting senior leadership.
