We are currently recruiting a Supervisor - Motor Claims Recovery (Arabic) for our client based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Job Purpose

:Responsible for managing and supervising motor recovery claims operations, ensuring timely settlements with other insurance companies, and leading a team of Senior Officers and Claims Assistants. The role ensures compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and operational standards while maximizing recovery effectiveness and maintaining stakeholder satisfaction

Job Responsibilitie**

s:1.Claims Recovery Managemen
  • t:Oversee motor recovery claims processing and settlements in line with policy terms and company guideline
  • s.Verify coverage and assess liability for recovery claims promptl
  • y.Negotiate with other insurers and coordinate with the Legal Department for recovery action
  • s.Handle invalid recovery claims and ensure proper repudiation with technical justificatio
n.2.Team Supervision & Operational Contro
  • l:Supervise day-to-day operations of the recovery team, ensuring adherence to procedures and performance target
  • s.Conduct periodic reviews of aging recovery claims to improve settlement ratio
  • s.Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to team member
s.3.Compliance & Reportin
  • g:Ensure compliance with regulatory and procedural requirement
  • s.Maintain accurate claim records and system entrie
