About the roleWSP is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead retail and mixed‑use development projects in Dubai. The role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on delivery from concept through handover, ensuring alignment with client objectives and fast‑track retail programmes.Key responsibilitiesLead project set‑up, contract finalisation, internal alignment and team mobilisation.Define, agree and manage scope across all disciplines, coordinating sub‑consultants and handling variations.Act as primary interface with clients, operators, tenants and authorities, delivering workshops, presentations and executive reports.Develop and maintain realistic programmes, monitor risks and ensure timely delivery of retail fit‑outs.Ensure all deliverables meet WSP quality standards and client expectations.Required profileProven experience in managing complex, multi‑disciplinary retail or mixed‑use projects.Strong commercial acumen with ability to balance design, operational and financial priorities.Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing clients, tenants and regulatory bodies.Ability to work autonomously and lead multiple workstreams.Required skillsProject management and programme planning.Contract administration and variation management.Quality assurance and compliance monitoring.What we offerOpportunity to work on landmark retail developments across the Middle East.Access to WSP’s global network and professional development resources.Competitive full‑time employment in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
