We are seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our technical team and contribute to the successful delivery of high-rise, mixed-use, residential, commercial, and hospitality developments across the UAE.

The successful candidate will play a key role in structural coordination, technical review, and site support, ensuring that structural works are properly coordinated and executed in accordance with approved designs, specifications, and project requirements.

Responsibilities Lead and coordinate structural engineering activities across assigned projects, ensuring compliance with project requirements, design standards, and approved specifications. Review, evaluate, and control structural submittals, including shop drawings, material submissions, method statements, and other technical documentation. Manage and review BIM models and ensure accurate structural model coordination. Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve clashes between structural and other disciplines. Maintain model accuracy and integrity, ensuring updates accurately reflect approved design changes, site conditions, and subcontractors’ proposals. Review and prepare structural calculation reports, design briefs, specifications, technical reports, and comprehensive engineering documentation. Provide technical guidance and engineering support to site execution teams throughout the construction phase, addressing structural issues and ensuring proper implementation of approved designs. Coordinate closely with consultant, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams to identify, resolve, and close structural design, technical, and coordination issues in a timely manner. Support the Technical Manager in managing structural engineering deliverables and deadlines. Promote effective communication between the technical office and site teams. Visit construction sites when necessary to investigate structural or technical issues. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or Structural Engineering. Master's Degree in Structural Engineering is an advantage. Chartered Engineer or equivalent professional accreditation is preferred. Dubai Municipality Structural Engineer License is an advantage. Experience Minimum 10-15 years of structural engineering experience. Minimum 5 years of UAE/GCC experience in Contracting technical team. Proven experience in the technical department of execution high-rise, residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use developments. Technical Skills Excellent understanding of construction methodologies, buildability, and structural detailing. Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit Structure, Navisworks, and BIM-based workflows. Good knowledge of reinforced concrete and structural steel design. Good Knowledge in structural analysis software such as ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, and STAAD. Pro.
