SEO Specialist — E-commerce & Marketplace (English + Arabic) — Dubai, On-Site

We run two businesses that both live or die on search.

MillionMiner sells Bitcoin mining hardware and operates ASIC hosting sites in the US. 104K backlinks, partnerships with NiceHash, VoskCoin and ASICMinerValue, 30,000+ miners shipped to 50+ countries, order values between $5,000 and $50,000. We moved the shop to a new platform this year, took the hit, and have grown organic clicks back by roughly 70 % over the last three months. The next stage is the harder one: we rank on page one for hundreds of commercial terms and convert almost none of that visibility into clicks.

LicensePlate.ae is the UAE marketplace for premium number plates. 97,000+ listings, strong organic growth, and a valuation calculator that drives around three quarters of our traffic. Two things are changing now. We are launching a car listings vertical, and we are going after the Arabic market properly. Arabic is 2.6 % of our clicks today. Our main competitor earns roughly a third of its traffic there.

You will own search and social for LicensePlate.ae, and work alongside our SEO Lead on MillionMiner.

What the job actually is

Not strategy decks. Not a content calendar. Pages that rank, and rankings that turn into clicks.

A realistic week:

  • Pull GSC, Ahrefs and Semrush data and decide what to fix. You are not waiting to be assigned work.
  • Rewrite titles, meta descriptions and on-page copy for pages that already rank but do not get clicked. This is where most of our upside sits right now.
  • Build new money pages, category pages and comparison content where there is a real gap, not to hit a page count.
  • Build the Arabic side of LicensePlate.ae properly: native keyword research, not translated English.
  • Specify structured data, internal linking and category architecture for the car listings launch, and write developer tickets clear enough to be implemented without follow-up questions.
  • Run the LicensePlate.ae Instagram. Premium plates are a visual product with a wealthy audience and we have never used that channel.
  • Track positions weekly and report what moved, what did not, and what you changed.

You will use Claude or ChatGPT as a drafting engine. Every page is edited by a human before it goes live.

What we need from you

  • Rankings you can prove. Real URLs, real keywords, real positions, real dates. "Improved traffic by 40 %" is not evidence. If you cannot show a page you personally ranked, this is not your role.
  • Arabic and English. Arabic at a level where you can research keywords natively and judge whether a headline reads well to a Gulf buyer. This is not optional.
  • E-commerce or marketplace experience. Catalogues, categories, filters, product pages at scale. Local lead-generation SEO for clinics, nurseries or real estate offices is a different job.
  • Structured data. You know the difference between a product snippet and a merchant listing, and why one of them gets clicked many times more often.
  • Operator, not overseer. You research, write, publish and measure. You look at yesterday's data and decide today's work.

Helpful but not required: crypto, mining or hardware background; other technical and high-ticket niches such as fintech, SaaS or B2B equipment; Google Merchant Center; hreflang and multilingual sites at scale; AI search visibility.

What we do not need

  • Managers who oversee SEO but have not shipped a page in two years
  • Writers who have never checked a keyword's search volume
  • Anyone using Quillbot, Stealth Writer or any other humanizer tool. This is a hard dealbreaker.
  • Anyone who lists "MS Word" or "Internet Browsing" as a skill
  • Remote applicants. This is on-site in Dubai, no exceptions.

Tools

Daily: Google Search Console, Ahrefs or Semrush, Screaming Frog, Claude or ChatGPT.

Useful: GA4, Google Merchant Center, schema markup, Microsoft Clarity, Meta Business Suite, Perplexity.

Our shop runs on Laravel, not WordPress. You will not be building templates. You will be writing specifications that a developer implements.

Details

  • Dubai office, on-site, Monday to Friday
  • 6,000 to 10,000 AED per month, depending on experience and proven results
  • Employment visa provided for the right candidate
  • Start as soon as possible

Answer all four application questions. Applications without answers are not reviewed.

Screener-Fragen (ins Indeed-Formular eintragen, nicht in den Text)

Zusätzlich zu Standort und Anwesenheit:

  • Share one URL of a page you ranked yourself. Which keyword, which position, over what timeframe, and what exactly did you change? Answers without a URL will not be reviewed.
  • Two pages on the same website. Page A sits at position 8 with 40,000 impressions per month and 120 clicks. Page B sits at position 28 with 2,400 impressions and 11 clicks. Which one do you work on first, what exactly do you change on it, and why does the other one wait?
  • Our product pages appear in Google as plain blue links. Competitors show price, availability and star ratings. What creates that difference, which fields are required, and what exactly would you hand a developer so they can implement it?
  • A website runs in English and Arabic. The Arabic version brings 2.6 % of clicks while a direct competitor earns roughly a third of its traffic in Arabic. Name the three most likely causes and how you would verify each one.
