Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical, or related discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of assigned equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, and engine-related issues.
- Perform commissioning, inspection, and repair activities at customer sites.
- Ensure maximum machine availability and minimize downtime.
- Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and daily activity reports.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for timely spare parts and service support.
- Follow OEM service standards and safety guidelines.
- Support warranty claim documentation and machine inspections when required.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high service satisfaction.

- Strong knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, engine, and transmission systems.
- Good troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills.
- Customer-oriented approach with effective communication skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and work at port locations.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and service reporting tools.
