Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Engineer to oversee and manage construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and coordinate daily site construction activities.

* Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

* Monitor site progress and prepare regular progress reports.

* Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.

* Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and health & safety standards.

* Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues as they arise.

* Monitor material usage and ensure quality control throughout the project.

* Attend project meetings and provide technical support to the project team.

* Maintain accurate site records, documentation, and reports.

Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.

* 5–7 years of proven site engineering experience in the UAE.

* Must be Dubai Municipality approved.

* Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.

* Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices, regulations, and quality standards.

* Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to manage multiple site activities and work effectively under pressure.

Preferred Skills

* Strong leadership and team management abilities.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.

* Excellent organisational and time management skills.

* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
