About the Company We are seeking a qualified and motivated Site Engineer (Fit-Out) to oversee and manage fit-out construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered according to approved designs, quality standards, safety regulations, and project schedules. The successful candidate will coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of fit-out works from commencement to completion. About the Role We are seeking a qualified and motivated Site Engineer (Fit-Out) to oversee and manage fit-out construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered according to approved designs, quality standards, safety regulations, and project schedules. The successful candidate will coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of fit-out works from commencement to completion. Responsibilities • Supervise and monitor day-to-day fit-out construction activities on site. • Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to maintain project progress. • Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with company standards. • Monitor project schedules and report progress, delays, and potential risks to management. • Review technical drawings and resolve site-related engineering issues. • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times. • Prepare site reports, progress updates, and project documentation. • Assist in material planning, procurement coordination, and resource allocation. • Support project handover activities and ensure successful project completion. Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. • 3-5 years of experience in fit-out construction projects. Required Skills • Strong understanding of fit-out construction methods, materials, and industry standards. • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications. • Good knowledge of health and safety regulations within the construction industry. • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
