Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, open to both skilled and unskilled team members. Day-to-day tasks may include assisting with technical installations, supporting repair and maintenance work, preparing and organizing tools and materials, and helping ensure work areas are clean and safe. Skilled team members may carry out more complex technical duties under the supervision of senior staff, while unskilled team members will assist with manual labor, material handling, and basic support tasks. All team members are expected to follow safety procedures, cooperate with colleagues, and maintain a professional attitude when interacting with clients and supervisors. Qualifications - Basic understanding of technical services, maintenance, or construction work; prior experience in residential, commercial, or industrial projects is an advantage. - Ability to perform manual labor, handle tools and equipment safely, and follow instructions from supervisors and technicians. - Strong attention to safety, reliability in attendance, and willingness to learn new skills on the job. - Effective teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work respectfully with colleagues and clients from diverse backgrounds. - Physical capability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work in various indoor and outdoor environments. - Basic English communication skills; knowledge of additional languages commonly used in the region is a plus. - Previous experience in a technical, facilities, or maintenance role is beneficial for skilled positions; on-the-job training may be provided for unskilled roles.
