Skin Care Expert

Objective Responsible for providing professional skincare advice tailored to individual customer needs and concerns. This role combines product expertise, consultation services, and in-store treatments to enhance customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. The position plays a key role in creating a premium beauty experience while contributing to commercial objectives through effective product recommendations and service excellence. Key Responsibilities - Customer Consultation & Expertise Conduct in-depth skin consultations to understand customer concerns, skin types, and beauty goals. Provide personalized skincare and haircare recommendations based on individual needs and product suitability. Educate customers on product benefits, routines, ingredients, and best practices to achieve desired results. Build trust and long-term relationships through expert guidance and exceptional service. - Beauty Services & Treatment Delivery Perform professional facial treatments and skincare services in the designated beauty room. Ensure treatments are delivered in accordance with brand protocols, hygiene standards, and customer comfort requirements. Monitor customer progress and recommend appropriate treatment plans and product regimens. Maintain treatment areas, tools, and equipment to the highest standards. - Sales & Commercial Performance Drive sales of skincare and haircare products through consultative selling techniques. Achieve individual and store sales targets while maximizing conversion opportunities. Promote new launches, hero products, and seasonal campaigns to customers. Support cross-selling and upselling opportunities to enhance the overall customer basket. - Brand Experience & Store Support Deliver a premium customer experience aligned with brand values and service standards. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of skincare trends, products, ingredients, and industry developments. Support visual merchandising and product presentation standards within the store. Collaborate with the store team to ensure seamless customer service and operational excellence. Desired Experience  Minimum 3 years of experience in a skincare, beauty advisor, aesthetician, or similar customer-facing beauty role.  Certification in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, Cosmetology, or a related field is preferred.  Multi Brand-retail Environment Experience Required.  Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, skin concerns, treatment techniques, and beauty trends.  Experience conducting skincare consultations and performing facial treatments.  Proven ability to achieve sales targets through personalized customer engagement and recommendations.  Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.  Professional appearance and a passion for beauty, wellness, and customer care.  Ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver a luxury retail experience.
