Social Media Content Specialist - UGC

Life Smile is looking for a creative and confident Social Media Content Specialist – UGC to produce engaging short-form content for our kitchenware and home products. You will turn product features into authentic, entertaining videos that capture attention and encourage customers to buy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop creative concepts, scripts, hooks and storyboards for social media content.
  • Appear confidently on camera to demonstrate and promote Life Smile products.
  • Film and edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Snapchat and paid advertisements.
  • Create product demonstrations, unboxing videos, cooking content, lifestyle videos and customer-style reviews.
  • Follow current social media trends and adapt them appropriately for the Life Smile brand.
  • Write clear captions and strong calls to action.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and ecommerce teams on campaigns, product launches and promotions.
  • Maintain an organized content calendar and deliver content according to deadlines.
  • Review content performance and improve future videos based on engagement and conversion results.

Requirements

  • Previous experience creating UGC, Reels, TikTok videos or other short-form social content.
  • Comfortable, natural and expressive in front of the camera.
  • Strong understanding of video hooks, storytelling and audience retention.
  • Able to film high-quality content using a smartphone or camera.
  • Proficiency with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar editing software.
  • Good spoken and written English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
  • Creative, organized and able to work independently.
  • Must currently be based in Dubai.
  • Experience with kitchenware, cooking, lifestyle, retail or ecommerce content is an advantage.
