Spa Therapist Opportunity
Key responsibilities
Perform a range of spa and wellness treatments, including massages, body treatments, scrubs, wraps, and other therapeutic services.
Conduct client consultations to understand individual needs and recommend suitable treatments and wellness services.
Provide professional and personalized treatments while ensuring client comfort, safety, and satisfaction.
Ensure treatment rooms, tools, and equipment are clean, sanitized, and properly prepared for each client.
Build strong relationships with clients by providing attentive, personalized, and professional service.
Maintain accurate client treatment records and appointments.
Recommend and promote suitable spa products and services to enhance the client experience.
Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations at all times.
Maintain a professional appearance and a high standard of personal grooming.
Assist with other spa operations and duties as required.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a spa therapist in a premium spa, wellness center, hotel, resort, or similar establishment.
Diploma or certification in spa therapy, massage therapy, beauty therapy, wellness, or a related field.
Proficient in performing professional massages, body treatments, scrubs, wraps, and other spa services.
Good knowledge of spa treatments, wellness practices, and client care.
Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance, excellent grooming, and a positive attitude.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, premium spa environment.
Knowledge of spa hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Benefits
EUR 1,000–1,200/month net salary (depending on experience) plus performance bonus and accommodation.
