JOB PURPOSE: Collaborate in elevating the analytics and automation landscape, contributing to meticulous planning, execution, and customization of AI-driven programs, robotic process automation, and other cutting-edge technologies. Assist in optimizing operations, fuelling revenue growth, enhancing customer experiences, and unlocking valuable insights. Provide specialized oversight within the Digital Analytics and Automation function, promoting innovation, efficiency, and data-driven decision-making practices. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Job Specific Accountabilities Analytics and automation strategy development and implementation - Collaborate in developing forward-thinking analytics and automation strategies aligned with business and digital transformation goals. - Assist in evaluating current analytics and automation capabilities, understanding tools, processes, and data sources, and supporting strategies for adopting emerging analytics methodologies and AI solutions. Solution development and lifecycle management - Manage in-house development efforts for analytical and automation solutions across diverse business domains. - Oversee solution design, development, testing, and maintenance, ensuring that analytical and automation solutions remain adaptable to evolving business needs. AI and machine learning innovation - Aid in identifying, prioritizing, and developing AI and machine learning solutions that drive revenue generation, operational cost optimization, improved customer experiences, practical insights, and enhanced business performance. Web design and development - Manage the design and development of user-friendly web solutions across various platforms. - Ensure web solutions adhere to industry standards and trends, delivering cutting-edge applications. Dashboard development and implementation - Review and lead the development of required dashboards and high-level reports, ensuring alignment with business needs and digital objectives. - Ensure business users have access to timely and relevant information for informed decision-making. Emerging technologies integration - Participate in assessing the feasibility and potential of emerging technologies, such as RPA, augmented reality, and digital twins, to enhance operational processes and drive innovation. - Support the seamless integration of emerging technologies into existing processes in coordination with relevant teams.
