Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect the firm and its clients from potential threats. Monitor and analyze security systems and networks for potential vulnerabilities and take proactive measures to mitigate risks. Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for remediation. Stay updated on the latest security trends, threats, and technologies to ensure the firm's security operations are up to date and effective. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement security solutions that meet the firm's business needs. Manage and maintain security tools and technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and threat intelligence platforms. Train employees on security best practices and protocols to promote a strong security culture within the organization. Investigate security incidents and provide timely and thorough reports with recommended actions for mitigation and prevention. Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management strategies to ensure the firm's resilience to potential threats. Communicate and collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and provide solutions to address their concerns. Participate in incident response and disaster recovery efforts to minimize the impact of security incidents. Continuously assess and improve the firm's security posture through regular testing, monitoring, and evaluation. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the Security Ops and Resilience team. Collaborate with external security partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources in enhancing the firm's security operations.
