<div>As a Sports Live Data Monitor/Content Moderator, you will be responsible for watching live games and tracking statistics. You will communicate relevant scenarios in real-time, writing copy and sports-related editorials, researching, stat tracking, and verifying the accuracy of the content.</div> <div> <strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div> <div> – Monitoring Live Sports Data across a large range of sports, leagues, and teams to ensure accuracy across a variety of both live and static data and statistics </div> <div>– Mitigate and Escalate potential issues captured and follow documented workflows in a fast-paced setting </div> <div>– Follow documented workflows to ensure best-in-class customer experience </div> <div>– Following recent transactions, games, and stats across a wide range of leagues</div> <div> <strong>Requirements:</strong></div> <div>– Must be willing to work flexible hours and weekends. Live Sports can happen during early mornings, afternoons, and evenings, and are mainly on the weekends. </div> <div>– Previous experience working within live data or statistics gathering, a plus </div> <div> </div> <div> <strong>Qualifications:</strong></div> <div>– Available to work mornings, afternoons, nights, weekends, and game days, as assigned </div> <div>– Passion for sports, sports data, and statistics with a deep understanding of all sports </div> <div>– Ability to follow documented workflows and communicate with cross-functional partners </div> <div>– Ability to monitor, track, and escalate live sports data </div> <div>– Detail-oriented with the ability to handle repetitive tasks </div> <div>– Native or near-native fluency in the English language </div> <div>– Strong research skills </div> <div>– Strong writing and grammar with previous experience in sports writing and editing </div> <div>– Previous sports-related experience </div> <div> <strong>Position details:</strong> </div> <div>– Location: 100 % onsite at the office in Hollyhill, Cork, Ireland</div> <div>– Salary: €35,000/year</div> <div>– Contract: 1 year with possibility of extension</div> <div>– Schedule Availability: Full-time (40 hours per week). </div> <div> <strong>Schedule Availability:</strong> </div> <div>40h/week with 30 min of unpaid lunch break</div> <div>Tuesday-Saturday shift, starting at 7am and finishing at 3:30pm.</div> <div>Sunday-Thursday shift, starting at 7am and finishing at 3:30pm.</div> <div>Shifts will depend on the Client’s needs and are not flexible.</div> <div>However, working later hours could be a possibility. e.g 10:30 am to 7:30 pm.</div> <div> <strong>Desired Start Date:</strong></div> <div>As soon as possible</div>
