Sr Analyst Business Operations
Responsibilities
- Support a broad system-wide portfolio including Surgery, Cardiovascular, Anesthesia, and Ambulatory Surgery Centers
- Partner with clinical and operational directors to manage budgets and monitor performance
- Lead business assessment processes including market and competitive analysis
- Integrate financial and clinical operations insight to translate drivers into actionable recommendations
- Develop robust financial and operational models using internal data and industry benchmarks
- Conduct detailed analyses to inform operational strategy, growth planning, and capital investments
- Support the annual budgeting process and monthly variance reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Masters preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of progressively complex experience in healthcare operations
- Experience in finance management or business administration required
- Deep analytical expertise linking financial performance to clinical drivers
- Familiarity with service line administration in academic medical or multi-hospital settings
- Strong relationship-building skills across physicians, clinicians, and executive leadership
