Job DescriptionThis role drives the Strategic direction, Growth, Profitability & Market Share of the Postpaid business by owning the end-to-end commercial strategy, product innovation and customer lifecycle performance. The role leads proposition design, pricing & go-to-market execution to deliver sustainable revenue, margins & ARPU. It champions data-driven insights and AI-enabled personalization to maximize CLTV, while optimizing costs, enabling digital capabilities, and fostering seamless cross-functional collaboration to shape segment led journeys, improve NPS & reduce churn. The incumbent shapes commercial outcomes by presenting strategic plans & performance insights to C-level leadership, ensuring sustained growth, market performance & brand leadership.ResponsibilitiesLead the Strategic planning & execution of the Postpaid business strategy to drive growth, profitability, & market share in UAE.Define & implement the Roadmap, encompassing product development, pricing, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.Provide Strategic direction and guidance to the Segment, CVM, Product Development & Sales functions to ensure data-driven, hyper-personalized campaigns that enhance customer retention and lifetime value.Drive data-led marketing initiatives & advanced segmentation to deliver targeted, measurable, & impactful customer engagement.Ensure cost optimization & marketing efficiency through effective product portfolio management & commission rationalization.Lead the digital transformation of postpaid offerings, expanding online channels, app-based experiences, and digital-first offers.Develop & execute pricing and bundling strategies in alignment with finance, sales, & regulatory teams to maintain competitiveness.Champion innovation & monetization, introducing differentiated value-added propositions to strengthen customer preference/loyalty.Present business cases, strategic concepts, & product recommendations to C-level, securing alignment & investment.Foster cross-functional collaboration with technology, finance, & CX teams to provide direction, accelerate delivery & excellence.Monitor and analyse market trends, consumer insights, and competitive dynamics to inform product and marketing strategies.Represent the postpaid business in strategic leadership forums, contributing to the overall marketing and growth agenda of e& UAE.Manage eSIM & Multi SIMs services for both postpaid & prepaid customer including product design, promotions, customer's journey through digital and retail channels for different devices to ensure usage control and cost optimization & maintain competitive edge.Benchmark best offers & business rules with the competition and other operators in the region & globally; understand these offerings and gauge to the best of knowledge their performance and effect on Etisalat's consumers and potential customers.Ensure full compliance with Legal & Regulatory guidelines & TDRA directives with regards to postpaid experience.Liaise and engage with other product owners and support them in creating offers targeting their specific services and bundling it along with postpaid core services such as GoChat, Smiles, Content passes, Deal of the day, Switch TV, and Roaming.Interface with Business teams for evaluating CEP offers & manage the migrations between consumer & CEP plans. Collaborate with C&W for evaluating interconnect wholesale deals with the aim to maximize margins & profitability.Manages Postpaid P&L & develop a high-performing team, ensuring strong capability building, accountability, and results orientation. QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Marketing/ Management or Telecom12-14 years of work experience in Telecom
