Job Description The Senior Manager of eLife will drive existing and expand into new, fixed broadband , voice and TV capabilities for e&. The incumbent will be the product lead for these capabilities to ensure revenue creation and supreme customer experience. The incumbent will also be responsible for thought leadership and steerage of services across Home & TV portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Understand key customer needs and industry trends competition, Technology, etc. for the portfolio.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance trends from financial, competitive and operational perspectives.
  • Seek strategic and operational improvement opportunities from a wide variety of sources including Market, Strategy, Planning and Segment Marketing
  • Develop a rolling 12–24-month plan for the product portfolio and provide input to the 3-year strategic vision
  • Review and suggest device roadmap changes with D/eLife D/TV Content, D/Platforms & Capabilities to ensure future proofing customer experience and ensuring cost vs service delivery is maintained.
  • Create, recommend & launch appropriate changes to the product portfolio
  • Launch new bundles and VAS services for the Home Fibre portfolio
  • Work closely with wider Home and TV teams to produce step-changes in the Home Portfolio by enabling launch of new products on new platforms.
  • Manage external vendors to create advantages for e& UAE and business opportunities.
  • Defines and reviews all policies, procedures and guidelines for Segment and Product Marketing Team and monitors and supervises their implementation.
  • Monitors quality assurance measures & standards to ensure compliance with corporation practices and international standards; ensure respective functions effectively support the corporate objectives, targets, standards and procedures.
  • Maintains effective external interfaces with business and technology partners, government agencies and commercial /professional bodies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in device or service development in telco or similar verticals
