The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn and develop their skills as they take on the responsibility of managing a store.The ideal Store Management Trainee must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask. They should be customer-focused and have a passion for retail. A professional and friendly attitude is essential, as is a keen eye for detail and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a degree in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred.
