Business Development Coordinator

Participate in a variety of activities involved in marketing programs.
Responsibilities
Understand distinct needs of internal stakeholders including consumer, commercial and wealth management.
Ability to interface with IT and Operations to ensure execution of ideas.
Coordinate and make arrangements for marketing activities at various exhibits and conferences.
Coordinate in the implementation of marketing programs to include preparation of copy and layouts of advertisements, catalogues, brochures, and book jackets.
Assessment of competitive and market forces in order to develop and influence multiple stakeholders in the cooperation regarding the hospital promotion strategies.
Monitor and update list of selected review media for publications; maintain records of media who respond with reviews.
Create new way to add value to current customers and attract prospective customers.
Drive risk appropriate revenue and profitability objectives through strategic planning of referral system.
Leverage agency relationships to optimize exposure of the company and products in all media channels through innovative marketing.
Be a credible, articulate company spokesperson and ensure effective multi-modal communication to engage our external communities in regards to our products.
Coordinate in procuring needed services for advertising, printing of brochures, mailing services and other related matters.
Attend to, manage and resolve patient complaints to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
Create new ways to add value to current customers and attract prospective customers.
Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein, as may be assigned or delegated.
Qualifications
Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Experience: Work requires a background in marketing or promotions
Good interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate and follow up effectivelywith diverse contacts
Excellent command of oral and written English. Knowledge in Arabic is desirable.
Computer Literacy.
Performance Criteria:
Ability to work constructively and interact professionally with others
Ability to coordinate multiple task, adjust to changing priorities and work within deadlines.
Ability to attend to meetings outside of normal business hours
