Supervisor - GSE
MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE
To monitor the overall performance of GSE Shop and work towards the continuous improvement in terms of Quality, safety, and efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintains overall serviceability of all Equipment and Plant.
- Ensures adherence to standard Safety Procedures by the team during maintenance tasks to mitigate the risk of personal injury to end-users and equipment damage.
- Ensures manpower availability for approved tasks at hand.
- Ensures the availability of sufficient stock levels of consumables and spare parts required for relevant GSE items.
- Maintains all GSE maintenance records to ensure documentation every aspect of upkeep, including repairs, inspections, and service history.
- Recommends procedural enhancements aimed at optimizing efficiency and productivity.
- Ensures the timely execution of all scheduled tasks in accordance with the planned deadlines.
- Conducts quality control (QC) checks and provides comprehensive support during relevant audits.
- Forecasts the additional manpower requirement per shift.
- Monitors the compliance with mandatory training requirements for all staff while offering continuous guidance and supervision to GSE shop personnel.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Fluent in English
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in airline GSE operations is desirable.
- Years with qualifications: 5 - 7 years
- Valid UAE driving license.

ISR REQUIREMENTS
Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day-to-day business operations.
