With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.The Supervisor will be responsible for managing end-to-end store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, adherence to operational protocols, and delivery of high standards in inventory management, customer experience, and team performance.Own and manage the end-to-end store operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company standards.Ensure strict adherence to inventory management protocols, including:Maintaining 5S standards within the storeConducting weekly stock checks and daily inventory walksPerforming regular security auditsLead and manage a team comprising shift leaders, logistics associates, delivery associates, warehouse staff, and cashiers to ensure optimal performance.Oversee payroll and attendance processes, ensuring timely closure as per defined timelines.Monitor and track key store performance metrics, identifying gaps and driving corrective actions.Ensure compliance with all applicable legal and local regulatory requirements.Conduct monthly store audits to ensure proper inventory placement and adherence to company policies.Own and drive key metrics related to inventory management, delivery experience, and customer satisfaction.Ensure all team members are adequately trained and equipped to perform their roles effectively.Take proactive actions during operational challenges and escalate issues in a timely manner when required.Manage store cash operations, including reconciliation and timely deposits.Plan and optimize workforce rosters for warehouse and delivery staff to ensure productivity and performance targets are met.Prepare and share daily reports on store performance and operational metrics.Identify opportunities to increase order volumes by improving serviceability and operational efficiency.What you'll need:Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.36 years of relevant experience in operations, preferably in a supervisory or team leadership role.Industry experience in e-commerce, logistics, warehousing, or retail operations is mandatory.Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with the ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.Good numerical and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail.Proven experience in team management and driving performance in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to take ownership and drive results.Who will excelWe're looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters.You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action.
