Our client seeks a dedicated Supply Chain Analyst to enhance their logistics operations within the Kalba, Sharjah region. This role is vital for optimizing the flow of goods, ensuring timely deliveries, and managing inventory efficiently. You will leverage analytical skills to dissect complex supply chain data, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to strategic planning aimed at cost reduction and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Analyze supply chain performance data, including lead times, inventory turnover, and transportation costs, to pinpoint inefficiencies. Develop and implement standardized reporting procedures for supply chain metrics and KPIs. Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to optimize procurement and inventory management processes. Conduct feasibility studies for new logistics strategies and operational changes. Monitor inventory levels and work to minimize stockouts while reducing carrying costs. Support demand forecasting activities to ensure adequate product availability. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a closely related field. At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar Supply Chain Analyst or logistics support role. Proficiency in using data analysis tools like advanced Excel, database querying (SQL), and visualization software. Strong understanding of inventory management techniques and supply chain best practices. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a methodical approach to challenges.
