Supply Chain Process Automation Intern
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end supply chain orchestration and assist in-market planners with recurrent tasks
- Support Integrated Business Planning by preparing analytics and maintaining action trackers
- Monitor key performance indicators including stock-outs, service levels, OTIF, and inventory health
- Identify opportunities to simplify and standardize planning processes to reduce manual effort
- Implement automation initiatives by defining business requirements and improving dashboards
- Maintain and improve master data and planning parameters for accuracy
- Partner with Commercial, Finance, and Regulatory teams to support risk mitigation and portfolio actions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field
- Recently graduated in 2025 or 2026
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix, international organization
- Strong English business proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Power BI and Power Automate
- Experience with workflow automation and AI tools to improve efficiency
- Proven interest in continuous process improvement
