Talent Acquisition Coordinator (9 months) - @4500 @ PASIR PANJANG

Responsibilities

1) Recruitment Ops Support (50%)
  • Schedule recruitment interviews
  • Arrange logistics for interviews (e.g. get time slots, book room, contact candidates, administer tests, obtain documents for interviews)

  • Administer reference checks
  • Assist with security clearance for candidates
  • Send rejection emails and track reasons for rejection

  • Record staff referral cases
  • Support onboarding and other duties assigned
2) Talent Research (50%)
  • Research and identify local and overseas talent pool to build longlists for open and upcoming positions
  • Support TA team with sourcing and screening of suitable candidates through direct emails, referrals, job portals, LinkedIn Inmails etc.
Requirements
  • A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Prior experience in recruitment operations or HR administration is preferred
  • Familiarity with talent sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, job portals, and direct outreach methods
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Good written and verbal communication skills for liaising with candidates, hiring managers, and external parties
  • High attention to detail, particularly in administering reference checks, security clearance processes, and maintaining accurate records
