We are mandated to identify a Talent Acquisition Head to be based in Dubai, UAE for our client which is a well-established, fast-growing multi-location entity operating within the education and training sector , delivering structured learning and development services across multiple sites in the region.

Location - Dubai, UAE

Salary- 12,000- 13,000 AED

Role Overview The Head of Talent Acquisition will lead the organization’s end-to-end recruitment strategy across local and international markets. This is a senior leadership role responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing a high-performing talent acquisition function that supports multi-site operations and ongoing regional growth.

The role requires a strong balance of strategic leadership, operational execution, and international recruitment capability across diverse talent markets.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Strategy

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth
  • Build scalable recruitment frameworks to support multi-site expansion
  • Align workforce planning with senior leadership and operational needs
  • International Recruitment Lead international hiring across multiple regions (Europe, Asia, MENA, etc.)Develop global sourcing strategies for both niche and high-volume roles
  • Manage relocation and visa-based hiring requirements where applicable
Leadership & Team Management
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the internal recruitment team
  • Build a structured, performance-driven TA function
  • Ensure efficient delivery of hiring targets across departments
Stakeholder Management
  • Partner closely with senior leadership and department heads on workforce planning
  • Act as a strategic advisor on talent availability and market conditions
  • Ensure alignment between hiring needs and business priorities
Systems, Processes & Analytics
  • Develop and optimize recruitment processes and policies
  • Manage ATS systems and recruitment technology platforms
  • Build dashboards and KPIs for hiring performance and reporting
Employer Branding & Candidate
  • Experience Strengthen employer branding to enhance talent attraction in competitive markets
  • Ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience across all touchpoints
Required Experience & Qualifications
  • 8–10 years of total ex perience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
  • Experience within education, training industry will be p referred
  • Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial / leadership TA role
  • Strong proven experi ence in international / global rec ruitment
  • Experience in multi-site or complex organizational structures
  • Strong stakeholder management at senior leadership level
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • IMMEDIATE Joiners Preferred
  • UAE Experience is a must
